Organisational Design


Role Profiling
– working alongside Recruiting Managers to produce meaningful job descriptions which reflect the role, thus enhancing the recruitment process to ensure the best possible job/person fit.

Behaviours – Footprint work towards a 4 box model of Skills-Knowledge-Experience and Behaviours. We will work alongside customers to research specific behavioural requirements and design supporting behaviours directories, which reflect associated brand and values.

Needs/Gap Analysis – along with full adoption of the training cycle, Footprint works alongside its customers to ensure that they fully research any solutions designed with relevant representatives both internally and through external benchmarking.

Performance Management – designing and delivering bespoke solutions to implement and support a company’s performance management process, ensuring the leader/team member relationship is a 2-way productive process, resulting in increased results.
