• Designing and implementing bespoke performance management systems and supporting behavioural standards.

• Designing and delivering a number of in-house management and leadership development programmes based on business priorities.

• Executive coaching and mentoring within major private and public sector organisations.

• A variety of team development events utilising the Insights Discovery profiling tools resulting in enhanced team performance.

• Assisting a range of companies with organisational change via tailored interventions, such as role profiling and competency based assessments.

• Completing market wide business needs analysis enabling structural change which optimises resources.

• Adapting approach to meet the specialist needs of Black minority ethnic groups and the long term unemployed.

• Developing and designing bespoke competency frameworks.

Tom is passionate about the true sense of consulting with customers and not simply providing ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions. In relation to this, he is writing articles around the practical application of the training cycle and how this can benefit operational delivery of strategic goals.

Prior to forming Footprint Learning and Development with his two business partners, Tom has worked as a People Development Manager and Training Manager in a range of blue chip companies gaining experience in managing development solutions from customer experience, sales, leadership and senior manager interventions.
