Vicky has worked for almost a decade with large organisations in different sectors throughout the UK, with a broad experience of working in call centre environments.

Working alongside all management levels she specialises in enabling organisations to achieve their strategic objectives through the assessment, design and delivery of tailored development solutions.

Special Skills/Expertise

Consultancy and development assignments have included -

  • Realising business priorities through the design and delivery of a number of in house management and leadership development programmes.
  • Executive coaching and mentoring within major private and public sector organisations.
  • Enhancing team performance through a variety of team development events specialising in the ‘Insights Discovery’ profiling’ tools.
  • Driving organsational change with a range of companies via tailored interventions, such as role profiling and competency based assessments.
  • Enabling structural change and optimising resources by performing market specific business needs analysis.
  • Improving business performance by delivering a range of events where participants are engaged in accelerated learning techniques .
  • Experience of incorporating diverse specialist needs into her approach for example with black and minority ethnic groups and the long term unemployed.

Vicky excels at truly understanding the customer’s business needs and bringing to life their implicit requirements. This helps her to design bespoke development programmes tailored to achieve business priorities

Prior to forming Footprint Learning and Development, Vicky worked in Training Management and Consulting for a range of blue chip companies. She has gained wide experience in management development solutions from customer experience, to sales, leadership and senior manager interventions.
